Angry Birds online is an addictive simple game that has sixty three levels and can keep you busy for hours. Although it is simple, the characters are fun which is what makes this game so attractive to so many people. The basic concept of the game is that little green pigs steal the bird’s eggs and the birds get very angry, and decide that they are going to hunt down all the pigs and destroy them. The intention of the player is to control the birds and destroy the green pigs. These are done by slinging the different colored birds at the little pig with a slingshot and try to destroy them. The green pigs hide in different structures that can be destroyed to get at the green pigs. As the game progresses the different birds have new abilities and the pigs get stronger. If all the pigs are destroyed before using all of the birds that are available then you can move onto the next level. Scoring is based on the number of pigs hit, as well as the structures. There are bonus points for having left over birds after all the pigs are gone. There also is a star system depending on how you do during the level.

But once you start moving through the levels different types of birds’ start showing up that can be used against the different materials that begin to appear. The pigs also begin to change with the smaller green pigs being weaker and the larger pigs being harder to destroy. Some of the pigs begin to wear armor and crowns which are even harder to eliminate.
The game has a definite appeal and has been said to be one of the fastest growing app games to ever take off. The touch screen version of the game had a better playing field than some of the other applications. But Angry Birds Online is on its way to becoming one of the most sought after puzzle games in 2011. Although there are not any add-ons for this game, the free updates that give more content to the game give it an interesting playing field. Having Angry Birds Online and being able to use your PC mouse by far outplays the touch screen apps. I believe that this will be one of the best games available online in the next few months.
